KLSCCCI Secretariat Operation Method and Preparation for Back to Office During Conditional Movement Control Orde
Prime Minister YAB Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin announced on 1st May 2020 in conjunction with Labour Day, the conditional movement control order (CMCO) with various economic and social activities allowed, from 4 May 2020, subject to the conditions and standard operating procedures (SOP) which have been set.
KLSCCCI Secretariat staffs will continue to work from home from 4th until 11th May 2020 on normal working hours (Monday to Friday: 8.45 a.m. – 5.30 p.m.). Our Secretariat staffs will resume work back at our office from 12th May 2020. During this period, if there is a need to go back to office, secretaries in charge will do so. This includes KLSCCCI Secretariat will still provide endorsement of Non-preferential Certificate of Origin (NPCO) services as per MITI’s SOP.
Secretariat office will be fully disinfected during these period, prepare work place prevention and control as well as protective measures, including reclassify staff seating areas in order to comply with distancing measures in accordance with SOP set. These will help us to get ready for staffs to go back to offices to work on 12th May 2020.
