Generation Z, born after 2000, has become the predominant force in the contemporary workplace. Employers may find it challenging to communicate with Generation Z, or may feel that the Z generation tend to be self-centered? In order to foster intergenerational collaboration in the workplace, it is crucial for company management to understand the mindset and needs of Generation Z, and be willing to change the existing operating mode, to enhance the overall value of the enterprise.
