The 3rd Council Meeting of The Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (KLSCCCI) held on 8th August 2018 has approved to appoint SMEs & HRD Committee to collect and compile data on Training Needs Analysis Survey.

The purpose of this Training Needs Analysis Survey is to provide you with a venue to give feedback and information regarding your Company’s capability building needs and priorities. The survey outcomes will provide data for KLSCCCI to assists our members’ organisation to build the capability of its employees and resilience of its organisation for the new digital world of rapid and disruptive changes.

Your response will be treated with the strictest confidentiality and anonymity. All responses will be reported in aggregate form and will only be used for this survey purpose and no company or individual names will be attributed to any results that are discussed or written up.

The survey will take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. You are kindly requested to complete the survey before 31st October 2019 to enable us to have sufficient time to analyse the data and produce the report that will provide you and your organisation with better information of the perception and experiences of the challenges, the training and development intervention and what you think will be critical competencies that must be developed for the future of enterprises.
