In this regard, the Commerce Committee of KLSCCCI is organising a webinar on “Corporate Disputes, Restructuring and Reinvent” on 25^th January 2022 Tuesday) from 3.00p.m. to 4.30p.m.

This webinar will be conducted in English and the Vice President, Dato’ Liaw Choon Liang will present to deliver opening speech. Ltd. as speakers with Mr. Keoy Soo Earn, Regional Managing Partner, SEA Financial Advisory of Deloitte as the moderator, together leading attendees to understand the common shareholders and directors’ disputes, pitfalls in company affairs and how to restructure and reinvent a business for growth and success.
