We are pleased to inform that the Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor (KLSCCCI) is organising the “Carbon Neutral Activities 4 – Sunsuria City Eco Charity Bicycle Ride” on 16th July 2017 (Sunday) at Sunsuria Celebration Centre Sales Gallery, Sunsuria City. The objectives of the event are to foster relationship amongst members of KLSCCCI, to promote eco-friendly and healthy lifestyle, and also promoting the friendship amongst all ethnic group. As part of the welfare activities of KLSCCCI, the Chamber will donate in-kinds to charitable organisations after the cycling event.

Registration Venue:Sunsuria City Celebration Centre
Putrajaya South, Salak Tinggi, Sepang, Selangor
Ride Distance :10KM (kindly refer to Annex A1 for cycling route) or
30KM (kindly refer to Annex A2 for cycling route)

Registration Fee : RM50 per pax
** inclusive of T-shirt, refreshment and Mineral Water
(Crossed cheque made payable to “KLSCCCI”)

Age Limitation :13 years old and above
Bicycle :Self-arranged

** For those who are interested to rent the bicycle (inclusive of helmet) may refer to Annex B

(ii) Appeal for Sponsorship

As one of the objectives set by the Council, “To Contribute to the Social Community”, KLSCCCI will arrange a donation presentation ceremony to donate in-kinds to charitable organisations and relevant agencies after the event. In this regard, we would be very much obliged if members participate actively in this charity ride and sponsor cash as funding for the event and also charity purpose. The benefits of sponsorship are enclosed as per Annex C for your reference.

Enclosed herewith the registration form, tentative programme and cycling route map for your perusal. Those who are interested may return the completed registration form and the registration fee to KLSCCCI’s Secretariat before 30th June 2017 (Friday).
